If your bank does hold you liable, GoldenRatio.com will cover the liability
for you, up to the full $50.00. GoldenRatio.com will cover this liability
only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no
fault of your own from purchases made at GoldenRatio.com while using
our secure server.
Does it work on my Web browser?
Our transaction system currently works only with Web browsers that can use SSL & such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and the America Online browser.
Does anybody else see the information I provide?
Golden Ratio will not provide any information about our guests to anyone
outside of the company.
Return Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy
Prior approval is required for product return or exchange.
If you are not delighted with the product you receive, please call us for a return authorization, then return it (via insured parcel post or UPS) within 30 days for a courteous refund, credit, or exchange. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged. This fee may be increased on items that are received either damaged or used.
PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR
APPROVAL WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
All products must be returned
in new condition, with all the original packaging & paperwork,
